Hawaa Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by User
- Free Cancellation: Before driver dispatch.
- Post-Dispatch: 50% fee if the driver is en route.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Service Failure: Full refund for undelivered parcels.
- User Cancellation: Refund based on cancellation timing (see above).
3. Refund Process
- Request via App or support@hawaago.com.
- Processed via Tap Payment within 5–10 business days to the original payment method or wallet.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Delays due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
- Damage from improper packaging.
