Hawaa Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

  • Free Cancellation: Before driver dispatch.
  • Post-Dispatch: 50% fee if the driver is en route.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Service Failure: Full refund for undelivered parcels.
  • User Cancellation: Refund based on cancellation timing (see above).

3. Refund Process

  • Request via App or support@hawaago.com.
  • Processed via Tap Payment within 5–10 business days to the original payment method or wallet.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
  • Damage from improper packaging.
